Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
By signing in to or using DeepDive you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
The service
DeepDive researches questions on the public web with AI models and writes reports from claims that were checked against their cited sources. Checking reduces errors but doesn't remove them: a source can itself be wrong or out of date, and the verifier can make mistakes. Reports are for information only and are not financial, investment, legal, medical or other professional advice. Check important facts against the cited sources before relying on them.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. You must be 18 or older.
Acceptable use
Don't use DeepDive to research or produce anything illegal or harmful, to harass people, or to try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. Questions are screened automatically, and we may refuse a question or suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Free use and paid plans
DeepDive may limit how many free research runs you can make, and those limits may change. Paid plans, when offered, will show their price and terms before you buy.
Your content
Your questions and reports are yours. You give us permission to store and process them as described in the Privacy policy, only to run the service for you. Reports quote and link to third-party web pages, which belong to their owners.
Availability and liability
DeepDive is provided "as is", without warranties. We try to keep it available and accurate but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the service or of its reports.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use DeepDive after a change means you accept the updated terms.
